Join a class
Our pilates classes support a strong core and full body fitness, including breathing. We use a Reformer to help gain mobility through the opening of muscular chains, utilising resistance which helps to optimise and strengthen the muscular system and compliments your workout as a pillar of endurance. From rehab settings, to dancers, to athletes, all find that pilates is a great foundation and supplement for any kind of movement that they do.
