Meet the Team
Sharon
Sharon is like the fine wine of Pilates Instructors – she just keeps getting better with age! She was first introduced to Pilates via her physio after spinal surgery in 2011.
After many clinical Pilates sessions over the years & with more than 500 classes at KX under her belt, she sure knows her way around a reformer bed.
Nothing gives Sharon greater pleasure, than seeing her clients get stronger and
build their confidence whilst achieving their personal goals.
Sharon is here to prove that you can be strong, fit, and healthy at any stage of your life, no matter what age, size, or ability.
Emily
Emily is obsessed with all things Disney.
She has a fear of heights and Spiders.
She is that person who holds up the queue at the cafe with half a page long coffee order.
When Emily is away from the studio, or not online shopping for active wear, you’ll catch her sipping on a latte & walking her two fur babies Ollie and Sadie.
Emily has been doing Pilates classes for a few years now. It has increased her strength, flexibility and confidence.
She has a genuine passion for Pilates and can’t wait to work with and meet you all!!
Olivia
Olivia was introduced to pilates 15 years ago through dance, as a form of rehabilitation and strength training.
During the pandemic, she fell back in love and decided to earn her qualifications. Olivia is so excited to bring her passion for movement and share it with you all!
Olivia is in love with a cheeky pulse to work on those peaches & everything to give those abs a burn!
When not working on movement, you’ll find her enjoying a brunch with friends or hanging out with her dog, Barney.
Elizabeth aka Lizzie
Lizzie absolutely adore animals owning 3 cats and 1 dog. A little bit of a funny fact; She loves all things tiny, hence the miniature Pomeranian.
Lizzie is a shopaholic and loves a sneaky cocktail with the girls!
Lizzie has been dancing for the past 17 years in Calisthenics. Through Calisthenics, she has been heavily trained in areas such as ballet, gymnastics, grace and strength. She competes with a Championship Calisthenics Club called Avonde Calisthenics College and have been involved multiple State Teams representing Victoria in National competitions.
Pilates has helped Lizzie to maintain a strong body through out her dance career, which is what led her into wanting to be an instructor!
Lizzie looks forward to working with you all and hope to make a positive change for you as Pilates has for her.
Ebony
"I found my love for pilates in 2021, during a really hard time in my life. Pilates continues to be an outlet for me and I am committed to bringing a safe and inviting environment in each class, for all clients.
I hope each and every one of you walk out of my class feeling empowered and strong, both mentally and physically.
Pilates aside, I love all things summer! Camping, friends, beach days and I have a lot of love for animals!
Some say I have an innocent appearance, but always bring the burn! I can't wait to be. part of your wellness journey".
Jess
"I have been incorporating movement into my life since I was little, starting with calisthenics and dance. When I stumbled across pilates, I fell in love with the way it made me feel and was so happy to have found a workout I actually enjoyed.
My love for teaching others and sharing the joy of movement hasn't just started. I have been a dance teacher for two years and I wanted to begin sharing my passion for pilates as well.
I am growing, learning and developing everyday, alongside my beautiful clients too".
Caitlyn
"I have always been passionate about health and fitness.
I was a competitive gymnast for 13 years, before finishing up due to my fair share of injuries. I then went on to complete my bachelor of sports and exercise science.
Along the way, I fell in love with reformer pilates. I began my masters of physiotherapy this year and have been loving being able to combine knowledge from my degrees and gymnastics background, to give my clients a well-rounded, fun, yet challenging workout!
In my classes, I offer a wide range of progressions and regressions so you can tailor the workout to suit YOU!, whilst ensuring you feel supported throughout your fitness journey"
