Align Reformer
This class is ideal for those new to pilates or for those that wish to build their knowledge of basic principles of pilates, while also giving them the opportunity to improve their coordination & strength.


Dynamic Reformer
Our Dynamic Reformer classes are designed for those that wish to further improve their coordination and strength. These energetic, fast paced classes include some modifications for more advanced exercises, but still encourages those to challenge themselves.
Strength & Sweat
Our strength & sweat reformer classes are designed for that intense full body workout that will challenge ALL of those muscles! Equipment will be used for this class, ie dumbbells, power rings, etc.


Personal Training
Whilst our personal training is not necessarily one on one yet, you will find that even in a fully booked pilates class, you will be treated like it is one on one!
Our instructors are here to assist you with all that you desire, whether it be recovering and/or strengthening your body from an injury, toning, improving movement & elasticity or just a really good workout, our instructors will guide you all the way.
